Arctic Cross Headband Knit Kit

By popular request, I`m very excited to launch Westlake Knit Kits! The Arctic Cross Headband is super chic, super chunky and super fun and simple to make. It makes a very satisfying project for beginners and experts alike, as the super chunky Merino wool knits up so quickly. There's one cable in the pattern, so if you're new to cabling, you can practice the foundations with a this basic step. And if you don't already love working with the chunkiest of yarns, these needles will make you love it! They're a buttery smooth beautiful pale birch wood, handmade in Nova Scotia- an absolute joy to work with.

The Pattern
Bigger and bigger and bigger- my headband designs keep growing! The Arctic Cross Headband is my 10th original headband pattern, and it's the chunkiest and warmest yet. This easy-to-follow pattern is suitable for beginners knitters.

The Yarn
The Arctic Yarn collection features hugely chunky, soft Merino wool that will knit up in a flash.

The Needles
Gorgeous and buttery smooth birch knitting needles, beautifully handcrafted in Nova Scotia.

Kit includes:
- 1 mini skein of chunky 100% Merino in your choice of colour
- 1 pair of 15mm birch knitting needles
- 1 extra 15mm needle for cabling
- 1 brightly coloured darning needle
- 1 pattern booklet for the Plains Braided Headband

Each kit comes in a cotton project bag that I hand dip dyed with indigo, so they`re ready to be gifted... to a loved one or to yourself;)

Materials:
Choose your own shade of soft, chunky, single ply 100%Merino wool, which has both natural moisture wicking properties and built in insulation!

Garment care instructions:
Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.
