Overall baby Romper is a loose, one-piece garment combining top and bottom, it looks like bloomer shorts, which is worn by toddlers. It also has a suspender straps on the back. There are Fasteners on the bottom of the romper which makes it easy to put on and take off for a quick nappy change.
